ZILO, the UK-based fintech specialising in global asset and wealth management software, has signed an agreement with Fidelity International to deliver ZILO’s cloud-based transfer agency platform as part of its private assets business operating model.
This follows the recent investment by Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, a venture capital team within Fidelity International, as part of its GBP25m (USD32m) Series A funding round. Fidelity is believed to be the second ZILO TA client, after Citi signed in 2023.
