CACEIS has signed a partnership deal with Luxembourg-based regtech AlphaOmega to provide a PRIIPs reporting service for clients of its private equity real estate solutions business line. The new service is available via the Connect Store, CACEIS’ online marketplace, through which clients can access the solutions of selected fintech partners.
AlphaOmega provides a one-stop shop for investment management firms, covering the entire fund life cycle, including fund registration, regulatory reporting and dissemination services. AlphaOmega produces over 500,000 regulatory reports annually for more than a hundred clients. AlphaOmega generates KIDs for CACEIS clients managing private assets, and gathers data, performs the calculations, and then generates and disseminates reports, which are also available via its own web portal.
