BNP Paribas’s securities services business has been mandated by Coöperatie Univé U.A., based in the Netherlands, to provide investment and financial administration, regulatory reporting and global custody services for its EUR1.3bn (USD1.4bn) of global assets. Univé is a cooperative insurance company offering auto, home and health insurances to its 1.6 million members.
Euronext bids for Allfunds
Euronext has submitted a preliminary offer to buy Allfunds, the fund distribution platform, for EUR5.5bn (USD5.8bn). BNP Paribas, which struck a wide-ranging distribution deal with Allfunds in 2020, holds a significant stake in the business.
