Waystone, the European provider of specialist services to the asset management sector, has appointed Liliana Solomon as CFO and Ian Lilleby as chief information, technology and security officer (CITSO). Prior to joining Waystone, Solomon was CFO at Awaze Group, whilst Lilleby was at Sonnedix. The appointments continue the process of rebuilding the senior management team after last year’s departure of Derek Delaney, CEO, Paul Cahill, COO, and Glen Magee, CFO. Waystone recently appointed Sanjiv Sawhney as CEO, following his long and distinguished career at Citi. Nick Wheeler was also confirmed as group COO.
