Vistra, the Asia-based business services provider that merged with Tricor in 2023, has secured authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland to provide fund administration services from Ireland. To support the expansion of Vistra’s global fund administration network, Vistra Funds Services (Ireland) has appointed Aimee Gill as CEO and head of fund accounting, Paul McDonald as head of investor services, and Jacqueline Evbodaghe as head of risk and compliance.
