Mainspring Fund Services, aUK-based administrator, has been appointed as fund administrator for Redrice Venture’s new limited partnership VC fund. Redrice, a seed stage venture fund, already has a managed account fund structure supported by Mainspring, and has now closed its first institutional LP fund with Mainspring as fund administrator.
