Nottingham, a U.S.-based administrator, has hired a team of three senior managers from M3Sixty. Brandon Byrd joins Nottingham as lead executive officer for both transfer agency and fund distribution services. Ted Akins will join Byrd in the transfer agent and distributor operations as director of operations for Nottingham Shareholder Services, LLC. Loretta Akins will fill a new role as director of fund administration.
