Euroclear has formed a partnership with iCapital, the global fintech platform specialising in the alternative investment marketplace for the wealth management industry. With this partnership, Euroclear’s clients will gain enhanced access to a broader range of alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds. The iCapital funds available on iCapital Marketplace will complement and expand Euroclear FundsPlace’s current offerings, spanning multiple managers and investment strategies with reduced minimum investment requirements. This will make iCapital’s broad menu of investment opportunities available to over 2,500+ clients of Euroclear, including private banks and custodians, in more than 120 countries. Through the integration of technology, Euroclear and iCapital aim to streamline tasks such as subscription and administration processes of iCapital funds. Additionally, iCapital Marketplace will facilitate direct custody and execution flows to Euroclear.
