Hedgebay helps match sophisticated buyers and seller of hedge fund interests and other illiquid alternative investment assets. This collaboration aims to deliver tailored secondary market liquidity solutions to GPs and LPs in the alternative investments market.
Leveraging Hedgebay’s platform, Socium’s clients can now access a controlled, secure environment curated by the GP, allowing investors to buy or sell their LP interests. Hedgebay’s solution allows GPs and LPs to borrow or lend against their LP positions, private companies, and other private or illiquid assets.
