Apex Group has become the strategic lead investor in Tokeny, the Luxembourg-based enterprise-grade tokenisation solutions provider. By leveraging Tokeny’s expertise, Apex says it is positioned to provide its single-source solution in the tokenisation era.
At the beginning of 2023 Tokeny announced a partnership with Inveniam Capital Partners, Inc., a SaaS company delivering trust, transparency and completeness of data to private market assets. The partnership included a EUR5m (USD5.5m) investment by Inveniam, Apex, and K20 Fund.
