Terazo, a private market investment platform based in India, has joined forces with Tokeny, the tokenization platform, to launch the first regulated tokenised real estate asset in India under the regulatory sandbox framework established by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA).
Oryx, a USD50m greenfield development, is the first regulated tokenised real estate project in India. Through its maiden USD7m tokenised fund, Terazo will allow qualified primary investors the opportunity to invest in Oryx, from USD100,000 and allowing secondary investors with as little as USD1,000.
