HornbyChapman, the UK-based asset servicing recruiter, has appointed Lucy Cazenove as a director of the firm, effective immediately. Before taking a career break, Cazenove worked for 10 years at Alexandra International, an executive search firm specialising in the global transaction banking sector, and also spent four years at Arq International.
