As previously reported, Citi has now confirmed that Eduardo Gramuglia Pallavicino has joined as the new head of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux) for securities services. Before a brief spell at Next Gate Tech, Gramuglia was at State Street where he was CEO and country head of Luxembourg. He replaces Larissa Sototskaya, who has moved to a new role as global head of transfer agency. Based in Luxembourg, Gramuglia reports to Maria Cantillon, EMEA head of sales for securities services (also ex-State Street), and Rutger Van Nouhuijs, CCO for The Netherlands, and cluster head Benelux.
