LemonEdge, the private equity fund accounting and administration software, has struck a partnership with it|venture, a UK-based provider of technology services to the private capital markets sector. The partnership will offer private equity firms and fund administrators a single, end-to-end, automated data platform. it|venture’s Connect platform specialises in streamlining the process of implementing integrations between private capital market systems.
The partnership will allow private capital managers to leverage it|venture’s consulting and advisory experience, coupled with LemonEdge’s end-to-end private capital accounting solution. The LemonEdge platform offers functionality including event-driven transactions, multi-ledger management, consolidations, process automation, reporting and an investor portal. The partnership will also establish a native integration between LemonEdge and it|venture’s Connect platform, allowing transfer of data between LemonEdge and other data sources and systems.
