Citi has hired Eduardo Gramuglia Pallavicino as head of Luxembourg & the Netherlands. Gramuglia, who has been working as a strategic advisor and non-executive director, was previously head of Luxembourg for State Street and has also worked at BBH. He replaces Larissa Sototskaya, who has moved to a new role as global head of TA for Citi.
