IQ-EQ has supported Premico, a Finland-based real estate fund manager, with the first closing of its newest residential fund, Premico Residential Fund III, raising EUR45m (USD44m) in equity commitments. IQ-EQ Luxembourg is providing fund administration, depositary and AIFM services, as well as corporate services and directorship for the GP and MasterCo.
