Ultimus Fund Solutions, an independent provider of fund administration and investor solutions with USD400bn AuA, has hired Shannon Thibeaux-Burgess as an SVP in the relationship management team. Thibeaux-Burgess most recently served as head of regulatory services at J.P. Morgan. Prior to that, she was chief administrative officer on the fund administration legal team at State Street.
