FundRock Management Company, a Luxembourg-based third-party UCITS ManCo and AIFM which is owned by Apex, has been appointed by natural resources investor Goehring & Rozencwajg to provide ManCo and distribution services. FundRock will provide Goehring & Rozencwajg with ManCo services via its Irish UCITS platform, together with active distribution throughout the EU and Switzerland, delivered via its sister company FundRock Distribution S.A.
U.S.-based Goehring & Rozencwajg is a natural resources investment firm with a contrarian approach to natural resource investing. As of 30 June 2022, Goehring & Rozencwajg had USDUSD300m AuM.
