Carol Mahon has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board of the Equity Trustees Independent Management Company business in Ireland. Mahon brings more than 20 years of extensive knowledge and experience in corporate governance and all aspects of running a business. She was most recently CEO at Hermes Fund Managers Ireland Ltd. and has also held executive leadership roles at FIL Fund Management (Ireland) Ltd., among others.
