Aztec, the C.I.-based investor services provider, has supported Catalyst Romania on its fund-raising for Fund II, supported by 3TS Capital Partners and established with the lead investor, European Investment Fund. The fund reached its hard cap and will provide investments of EUR 1-3m to high-potential technology SMEs from Romania and South-Eastern Europe.
