Petra Funds Group, a U.S.-based independent private funds administrator with >USD40bn AuA, has opened a London office, which will be led by former Riverstone European general counsel and head of ESG, Charlie Chipchase. He will focus on expanding Petra’s European footprint.
Petra has also hired Louis Sweeney as its director of compliance. Prior to joining Petra, he advised broker-dealers and investment managers on various regulatory and compliance matters, including developing and maintaining compliance programs reasonably designed to achieve compliance with complex federal securities laws and regulations.
