Neuberger Berman, the U.S.-based independent investment manager, has launched its first-ever actively managed ETFs. Managed by Neuberger Berman, the ETFs are an extension of the firm’s thematic equity investment capabilities utilising traditional fundamental equity research along with alternative data capabilities and consideration of material ESG factors.
Each fund has selected State Street as custodian for its securities and cash. State Street also serves as each fund’s transfer and shareholder servicing agent, administering purchases, redemptions, and transfers of fund shares and the payment of dividends and other distributions.
