EFA, the Luxembourg-based administrator, has been appointed as administrator for the Freedom Luxembourg Alternative Strategies RAIF, providing fund accounting as well as registrar & transfer agency services. The new venture capital fund has been launched by Freedom Asset Management Ltd, a Guernsey-based asset manager providing services to private clients and family offices. The fund’s first commitment sees it joining the first close of Mubadala’s second US venture fund.
