European Fund Administration, the Luxembourg-based independent administrator with EUR167bn (USD185bn) AuA, has appointed Paulo Fernandes as its chief commercial officer and member of EFA executive committee. He will be responsible for commercial, marketing, product & strategic development. Fernandes was previously head of client relationship management.
