Broadridge hires new president of asset management solutions

Broadridge Financial Solutions, the U.S.-based fintech, has appointed Mike Sleightholme as president of its asset management solutions business. He will be responsible for driving Broadridge’s global asset management business growth, the strategic execution of client and market-focused solutions, and service delivery. Broadridge Asset Management Solutions supports hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, private debt/CLO managers, private equity funds, prime brokers and fund administrators.

Most recently, Sleightholme spent five years with SS&C Technologies, where he served as CEO of its DST Systems business. Prior to that, he spent 24 years at Citi, where he had responsibility for hedge fund services and led the sale of that business to SS&C, as well as the subsequent integration. Brian Crowley, who served as interim president of Broadridge Asset Management Solutions, steps into a new role as COO, reporting to Sleightholme.
