RBC Investor & Treasury Services has hired Paul Burd as managing director, global head of client operations. Burd will be based in Luxembourg, reporting to Francis Jackson, head of RBC I&TS. Most recently, Burd was the COO of Six Digital Exchange. Prior to joining SDX, Burd held a variety of roles at HSBC, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Barclays and Fidelity. He replaces David Syr, who is retiring.
