HSBC’s securities services business has made two senior appointments in its asset manager sector.
Mark Low is appointed client executive – asset managers, Europe, reporting to Michelle Butler, head of business development & client management – Europe, asset owners & managers. He joins from RBC where he spent eight years, predominantly responsible for the asset management client segment across the UK and Ireland.
Wayne Beighton is appointed head of business development – UK, asset managers, reporting to Paul Heffernan, head of business development & client management – asset manager sector, Europe. Beighton joins from Northern Trust, where he was an SVP responsible for global client relationships. He previously worked at HSBC’s securities services business, managing global client relationships in Europe.
