Northern Trust now offers operational risk consulting (ORC) as part of its front office solutions business. ORC provides management consulting with a focus on investment operations, including advice on operating model enhancements and risks, technology and system evaluations, vendor and service provider assessments, and operational process gap analysis. Vincent Molino, head of operational risk management solutions, will lead the new consulting service.
