Two appointments at IQ-EQ, the Luxembourg-based administrator:
Conor Joyce joins as head of transfer agency for its new Irish funds business. He was previously head of TA for SGSS in Ireland. Jacques Vermeulen has been promoted to chief commercial officer, Guernsey, a newly created role. He was previously part of the leadership team in Guernsey.
