Crestbridge hires Carol Ann Rotsey as governance services director

Crestbridge, the C.I.-based administrator, has appointed Carol Ann Rotsey as governance services director. She will provide independent director services to a range of UK fund and corporate structures. She will also oversee the administration and client service team in Crestbridge’s London office. Prior to joining Crestbridge, Rotsey was the executive director and the head of the London office for Independent Directors & Trustees Ltd.
