Northern Trust has been appointed to support an initiative between the Asset Management Exchange and DWS to offer a pooled funds service in the UK that enables pension schemes to actively engage in stewardship. The service aggregates investor stewardship preferences and seeks to execute votes in alignment with these preferences. Northern Trust will support the service with a tax-transparent fund structure.
