Apex has been appointed to provide fund administration to the USD200m Financing Opportunities Fund of SHUAA Capital psc, an asset management and investment banking platform based in the UAE. Apex will deliver services including financial reporting, investor communication, capital transactions and accounting support. SHUAA has USD13bn in AuM.
