Mainstream, the Australian fund administrator which recently announced AuA of AUD210bn (USD150bn), has appointed Silva Seferian Jacotine to the newly created role of general counsel and head of risk. She was previously a partner in the corporate and investment funds group of Travers Thorp Alberga in the Cayman Islands.
