Northern Trust has made two appointments to its Middle East & Africa asset servicing business. The new positions are based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Justin Miller has been appointed head of relationship management for the Middle East & Africa. He was previously head of client management for securities lending for EMEA. Chris Dulieu has been appointed head of client service for the Middle East & Africa. He was previously a senior relationship manager responsible for servicing pension fund clients in the UK.
