Gen II Luxembourg Services SARL, the Luxembourg-based business of Gen II Fund Services, the U.S.-based private equity administrator, has added Marty Dobbins and Chris Edge to its board of directors. Dobbins is the CEO and founder of Sage Advisory, s.a.r.l, an advisory firm, and was formerly CEO & country head for State Street’s European and Luxembourg banks. Edge, a former head of the Luxembourg asset servicing businesses of both J.P. Morgan and HSBC, was most recently leading PwC Luxembourg’s innovation and transformation solutions for the asset management and asset service provider sector.
Gen II established a Luxembourg operation in 2019 following its acquisition of Quilvest’s inhouse fund services operation. Globally, Gen II has over USD350bn AuA.
