Deutsche Beteiligungs (DBAG), a German private equity manager, has appointed Aztec Group, the C.I.-based administrator, to provide administration, accounting and investor services for its latest fund, domiciled in Guernsey with commitments of EUR1.1bn. Aztec will also act as the fund’s depositary from its UK office.
