Scott Somerville will be stepping down as CEO of MaplesFS after nearly 25 years with the organisation and over 15 years in this role. He will remain with the Maples Group until his retirement in 2026. Guy Major and Tyler Kim have been appointed as co-chief executive officers of MaplesFS. Both are internal appointments. MaplesFS is comprised of fiduciary, fund administration, regulatory and compliance, and entity formation and management businesses.
