A major coup for BNP Paribas, which has hired Mathilde Guerin as head of industrial transformation. Based in Paris, she reports to Fabrice Silberzan, COO for securities services at BNP Paribas, whom she succeeds in this role. Guerin previously held a number of senior roles within SGSS before spending a short time as deputy head of cash clearing & correspondent banking.
