Suntera Global, a C.I.-based provider of fund, corporate, and private wealth services, has been appointed as the fund administrator of a newly incorporated Protected Cell Company (PCC), initially establishing two Guernsey-domiciled investment fund cells launched by Thornbridge Investment Management. The initial cells will be launched as Green Fund Cells under Guernsey’s Green Fund framework, and are the first to have been approved by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission as a Class B Scheme for investors. This will enable the cells to use the Guernsey Green Fund designation.
Suntera Global’s team in Guernsey will provide ongoing administration and operational suport to the fund structures. Butterfield Bank (Channel Islands) Limited has been actively engaged throughout the process and will act as custodian.
