Suntera Global, the C.I.-headquartered provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services, has agreed to acquire Khepri Limited, the UK-based fund administration and corporate services provider, The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the second half of the year. Khepri has a team of more than 35 and services a total of GBP6bn (USD8bn) in assets.
