Paul Stillabower has been appointed as an independent, non-executive board member of Euroclear Bank SA/NV. He will also be risk committee chair. Stillabower has a storied career in the investor services industry, having worked at HSBC and, most recently, RBC before the acquisition of its investor services business by CACEIS. He remains based in the UK.
