Ultimus Fund Solutions, an independent provider of fund administration, accounting, and investor solutions, has appointed Teresa Connors as executive vice president, fund services. Connors will oversee the fund accounting, financial administration, tax, and portfolio compliance teams. She was most recently at State Street.
