State Street has appointed John Woods to CFO. Woods, who will join State Street in late August, succeeds Mark Keating, who has served as interim CFO following the 2024 departure of Eric Aboaf, vice chairman and CFO, who left to join S&P Global. Upon joining State Street, Woods will report to Ron O’Hanley, State Street’s chairman and chief executive officer. Woods joins from Citizens Financial Group.
