Agallas Equities LLC, a New York–based real estate investment and development firm, has launched its inaugural fund, the Agallas Equities Real Estate Fund I, with a target capitalisation of ISD400m. Agallas has partnered with NAV Fund Services as its fund administrator, providing administration, accounting, and investor services for the fund.
