Mathilde Guerin, one of the superstars of the SGSS senior management team, has left the business to take a new role as deputy head of cash clearing & correspondent banking. Guerin joined SGSS in 2011, and was most recently global head of product engineering. SGSS recently appointed Gaëlle Duclos (another superstar) as deputy head.

Laurent Marochini has been appointed as CEO of Standard Chartered’s new entity in Luxembourg, which will act as its EU entry point for the provision of crypto and digital asset custody services to EU clients, following implementation of MiCA regulation. Marochini joins from Société Générale where his last held position was head of innovation.
