Ocorian, a C.I.-based provider of asset servicing for private and corporate markets, has secured a new fund services licence in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The new licence enables Ocorian to broaden its offering in the Middle East, Charles Rix has been recruited as head of funds, Dubai.
