Northern Trust has been awarded the contract for the provision of custody and related services to the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA), Ireland’s state body responsible for managing public assets and liabilities. Northern Trust will act as an asset servicing partner for two long term savings funds recently established by the Irish Government: the Future Ireland Fund and the Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund. Northern Trust will provide a range of solutions including custody, front office solutions, securities lending, currency management and financial accounting, supported from its Dublin and Limerick offices.
