Citco has expanded its private markets offering to include services for U.S. SEC registered entities accepting retail investors. Citco has appointed Chris Shaw to lead the retail alternatives division. He joins from SS&C where he played a key role in the creation of its retail alternatives transfer agency. The expansion will provide services including fund accounting and administration, loan servicing, tax administration, financial reporting, compliance, and transfer agency and investor relations.
