GemCap has formed a partnership with MC Square, which will offer clients with products and fund domiciles in Dublin and Luxembourg. With the combined in-house regulatory and operational expertise across both jurisdictions, clients can structure and manage UCITS, AIFs, ICAVs, RAIFs, inter alia. MC Square Group, the holding company of MC Square S.A., a third-party UCITS ManCo and AIFM based in Luxembourg and GemCap, an Irish UCITS ManCo and fund platform, have entered into a definitive agreement to join forces, which has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland, whilst the CSSF and FCA have been notified in Luxembourg and the UK. The combined group will expand its ManCo, distribution, and operational services for asset managers and investors across the EU. It will also build on its established presence in the UK and the U.S.
