Temenos, the banking software company, has signed an agreement to sell Multifonds, its fund administration software business, to Montagu Private Equity, a European private equity firm, for a total enterprise value of about USD400m, including an earnout. The Multifonds executive management team will invest alongside Montagu. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in Q2 2025.
